PROGRAM
DIA 1
Participant Arrival: Group Pick up at 3pm in Porto, arrival to Solar Alegria, settling into your room, and taking time to acclimatize to the peaceful energy of the Solar Alegria . Welcome Drinks, Check-in.
Guided Tour of Solar Alegria: Exploring the communal areas and the beautiful surrounding nature.
Opening Circle. Setting the tone to disconnect from the outside world and explore your self-expression.
Dinner: Our first meal together—nutritious and delicious—to celebrate the start of the retreat journey.
DIA 2
Gentle Energy Flow Yoga & Meditation: A soft and energetic practice to awaken the body, focus on the breath (Pranayama), and ground the mind in the present.
Nature Walk: A conscious walk to activate the body, connect with the environment, and boost circulation and vigour.
Workshop: Painting nature – self expression.
After dinner, take part of theatrical improvisation time. A moment to express yourself and laugh together.
DIA 3
Morning Yoga and meditation: Yoga & meditation to balance your throat Chakras and enhance creativity.
Clay workshop. Learn to create flows and cups.
Time for personal reflection, journaling, resting by the pool or massage
Dancing Class: Salsa Class.
Music Jam after dinner
DIA 4
Gentle Energy Flow Yoga & Meditation : A soft and energetic practice to awaken the body, focus on the breath (Pranayama) and 3rd eye Chakras.
Painting Clay workshop: paint your creations from Day 3.
Collaborative mural: develop your creativity working as a group to create a painting mural.
