Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for making a reservation at Solar Alegria. We understand that unexpected events happen, which is why we have established the following cancellation conditions for New Year’s Eve celebrations and stays:
Cancellation up to 14 days before the event (until December 17th): Full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 13 days and 8 days before the event (from December 18th to 23rd): Partial refund of 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellation 7 days or fewer before the event (starting December 24th) or No-Show: No refund eligible.
Note: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [Insert Email]. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
