PROGRAM

DAY 1: GROUNDING YOUR INNER STRENGTH

09:30 AM: Pick-up in Porto.

10:30 AM: Arrival at Solar Alegria: Check-in and settle into rooms.

Welcome Circle: Introduction to the bootcamp and the group’s commitment to the journey ahead.

Break & Free time (enjoy the pool, gardens, games room)

HIIT Training: Full-body circuit workout with short, intense intervals designed to improve overall fitness and strength.

Stretching

Mental Toughness Workshop: Learn about the power of mindset and strategies to cultivate resilience.

Reflection & Journaling: Guided journaling to explore sources of personal strength.

DAY 2: BUILDING MENTAL RESILIENCE – OVERCOME YOUR MENTAL BARRIERS

Morning Run: A scenic run through the hilly countryside, designed to challenge endurance and build mental toughness.

HIIT Training: Full-body circuit workout.

Resilience Workshop: Developing mental toughness.

Guided Forest Hike: A calming yet challenging hike through the forest, incorporating mindfulness practices to connect with nature.

Solo Challenge: individual challenge to test strength and perseverance.

Breathwork & Restorative Stretching: restore energy.

DAY 3: HARNESSING INNER POWER – UNLEASH YOUR FULL POTENTIAL

Warrior Flow Yoga: A dynamic flow designed to activate energy, improve flexibility, and cultivate inner strength.

Strength Training: Focus on building strength through weight exercises and resistance training.

Power & Confidence Workshop: tap into your inner power and cultivate unshakable confidence.

Nature Hike: A longer, challenging hike in the forest, with opportunities for self-reflection and team-building activities along the way.

Relaxation Time: A brief guided meditation to wind down and relax the body and mind.

DAY 4: OVERCOMING CHALLENGES TOGETHER – TOGETHER WE RISE: STRENGTH IN UNITY

Run in the Countryside: A challenging run with interval sprints designed to push both endurance and mental stamina.

Obstacle Course Challenge: A team-based obstacle course to overcome physical & mental barriers, focusing on collaboration & problem-solving.

Empowerment Circle: Discuss the importance of teamwork & support.

Warrior’s Mindset Session: Guided visualization and affirmation exercises to help participants connect deeply with their inner strength.

Night Stretching: Restorative yoga to promote recovery & ease tension.

DAY 5: EMPOWER THE WARRIOR MINDSET – EMBODY YOUR WARRIOR: LIVE UNSTOPPABLE

Final Warrior Run: A final, energizing run through the hilly countryside to reflect on your journey and challenge personal limits.

Strength Training & Conditioning: A final session to consolidate strength gains and empower participants to continue their fitness journey

Warrior Challenge & Closing Circle: Celebrating the journey with a high intensity challenge, and growth with a group circle of support and empowerment.

2:00 PM: Departure: Transfer back to Porto after lunch, with a 1h15 drive.
