THE PROGRAM

Day 1: Meeting point in Porto: 2 pm
Walking tour of Porto & visit of one of the oldest and most famous Port wine house with tasting included.
Transfert to the Solar Alegria (District of Viseu).
Welcome dinner.

Day 2: Relaxation by the touch (auto-massage)
From 7.30: Breakfast
9am – 10.00 am: Yoga
10.00 am – 10.15 am: Meditation
10.45 am – 11.30 am: Introduction to auto-massage (back and neck)
12.30pm: Lunch and free time to enjoy nature, rest by the pool, socialize, hike or personalised consultation
4.00pm to 5pm: Introduction to auto massage (hand, feet and face)
5pm to 5.15 pm: breathing exercise
7.30 pm: Traditional Portuguese Dinner
After dinner: Showing gratitude for life daily practice

Day 3: Relaxation by the smell and the taste (aromatherapy and cooking)
From 7.30: Breakfast
9am – 10.00 am: Yoga
10.00 am – 10.15 am: Meditation
10.45 am – 11.30 am: Introduction to aromatherapy
12.30pm: Lunch and free time to enjoy nature, rest by the pool,socialize, hike or personalised consultation
4 pm – 5 pm: cooking to feed your soul and body workshop
5pm to 5.30 pm: breathing exercise
7.30 pm: Traditional Portuguese Dinner (participants are welcome to join cooking time and learn about Portuguese cuisine)

Day 4: Relaxation by physical activity & connection with nature (

10.00 am – 10.15 am: Meditation
10.45 am – 3 pm: hike
5pm to 5.30 pm: breathing exercise and showing gratitude daily practice
7.30 pm: Portuguese board and wine tasting
After dinner: Showing gratitude for life daily practice

Day 5: Visualize your best self & success
