Arrival and grounding

- 1:00 PM: Meet at Tha Phae Gate (Tapae Gate) in Chiang Mai for group transfer to “La Maison.”
- 2:00 PM: Arrival and check-in to your traditional teak bungalows.
- 2:30 PM: Welcome fresh herbal infusion and collective flower mandala creation in the Yoga Shala.
- 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Opening Circle and Gentle Yoga (Yin/Restorative) practice to release travel tension and ground in the present. (Root Chakras)
- 7:00 PM: Welcome vegetarian dinner.
- 8:30 PM: Guided evening meditation and integration time.

Thai Beauty and Spirituality

- 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Energizing Yoga Flow practice. (Sacral Chakra)
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Morning sharing & Breakfast.
- 10:30 AM: Cultural Excursion: Visit to Wat Ban Den (magnificent temple) and the Bua Thong “Sticky” Waterfalls.
- Return late afternoon.
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Yin Yoga and meditation. (Solar Plexus)
- 7:00 PM: Vegetarian dinner.

Harmony with Nature

- 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Vinyasa Flow (dynamic) practice in the Yoga Shala. (Heart Chakra)
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Morning sharing & Breakfast.
- 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM: “Mindfulness in Nature” Workshop: Meditative exploration of the organic orchard and rice fields, connecting with the elements.
- 12:30 PM: Vegetarian lunch.
- Free afternoon: Time to rest, read, cool off in the cooling-pool, meditate in the cozy corners of the property.
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Gentle Yoga and Pranayama (breathing exercises) practice and voice activation. (Throat Chakras)

Depth and Introspection

- Creative afternoon: Unlock your self-expression through drawing therapy.
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Yoga and deep stretching practice. (Third eye)

The Heart of Giants

- 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Hatha Yoga practice focused on heart opening and compassion. Metta meditation.
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Morning sharing & Breakfast.
- 11:00 AM: Departure for the ethical elephant encounter and lunch with the Akha tribe (Included in the package).
- Return late afternoon.
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Sharing and gratitude circle after the elephant experience, followed by a compassion meditation.
- 7:00 PM: Vegetarian dinner.
- Sound bath (sound meditation)

DAY 6
Gratitude and Celebration

- 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Integrative Yoga practice and Sun Salutations to celebrate the journey.
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Morning sharing & Breakfast.

- Free afternoon: Time for last-minute local purchases (if possible, or personal souvenirs), packing, or simply enjoying the last moments of calm.

Departure

- 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM: Closing and Sharing Circle: Integration of learnings, expression of gratitude & Ceremony of the stone (Leaving in the present) and intention for return..
- 9:00: Morning sharing & Breakfast.
- 11:00 AM: Check-out from bungalows.
- 12:00 AM: Transfer back to Chiang Mai (Tapae Gate).

YIN YOGA & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
I am Jennifer, a Yoga instructor certified by YOGARENEW.
After being a director for many years, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that modern life has on mental health. Both my team, colleagues, friends, and I dealt with stress, and I could see how it eroded our self-esteem and overall well-being. The demands of the workplace, combined with the fast pace of our personal lives, leave little room for true self-care.
Over the last year, I dedicated myself to exploring various techniques and methodologies to manage stress and strengthen self-confidence. I experimented with yoga, meditation, dietary adjustments, coaching practices, and travelled around the world. These experiences transformed my life, helping me achieve a sense of balance and renewed self-esteem. However, they also made me realise that human beings are complex, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
This journey inspired me to create MyShiftUp, a platform designed to unlock balance and well-being for all through simple and effective techniques and practices.
